Jason Hines

Biography: At OMP, Mr. Hines responsibilities include, sourcing, underwriting closing new investments and overseeing marketing and asset management of OMP’s portfolio. Prior to joining OMP, Mr. Hines was an acquisitions officer in the Los Angeles office at ING Clarion. Mr. Hines was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing direct real estate investments in Southern California that included industrial, multi-family, office and retail properties. Mr. Hines was directly involved in the acquisition of over $1.5 billion in real estate private equity investments, including core, value-add, and opportunistic strategies. Mr. Hines holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Marshall School of Business from University of Southern California and a Master’s of Real Estate Development also from the University of Southern California.
