Jay Hoeschler (pronounced "Heshler") Avid Trails Partner, Design Director Park City UT / El Segundo CA Responsible for planning and design of comprehensive trail systems for masterplanned communities and municipalities. Our trails are designed for users of all types and abilities, and are rated by degree of difficulty. My team also oversees creation and construction of Avid Bike Parks and Avid Fitness Systems. \ \ \ \ \ \ Planning Commissioner, City of El Segundo 2017 - Present \ \ \ \ \ \ Cecilian Worldwide Executive Creative Director Flemington NJ / El Segundo CA / 2008 – Present Cecilian Worldwide is one of the nation’s top branding firms specializing in real estate marketing, led by strategist, mentor and good friend Kathy Cecilian. For nearly a decade in a contract position, I’ve produced most of the creative output from the shop. Some of our notable clients: DMB Associates, Newland Communities, Brookfield Residential, Orleans Homes, The New House, City of Las Vegas. \ \ \ \ \ \ Studio Launchpad Owner, Creative Director / El Segundo CA / 2008 - Present Launchpad is the design firm I started after leaving the world of big ad agencies (and happily shaking off the bureaucracy that goes with them). My team is small, nimble, and humbly doing some pretty nice work. Clients include Hunterdon Medical Center, Ryland Homes, Symphony Park, Zislis Restaurant Group. \ \ \ \ \ \ The Motta Company EVP, Creative Director Los Angeles / 1995 - 2008 Motta is the ad agency where I cut my teeth on real estate and hospitality marketing. Clients included Del Webb, Howard Hughes, Bonita Bay Group, Nikko Hotels, Ritz Carlton, St. Regis. \ \ \ \ \ \ Saatchi & Saatchi VP, Associate Creative Director Los Angeles / 1985 - 1995 I started at Saatchi as an art director, and had a blast making ads for Toyota Trucks and Yamaha Motorsports.
