Jennifer Shearer

Biography: Jennifer is a registered architect and development professional with extensive experience in residential and mixed-use developments. After beginning her career in the US, she relocated to Australia in 2010, working with leading architectural practices on complex projects such as The Waverley by Uniting, The Cambridge by Levante, and the Harbord Diggers Club Redevelopment. She later transitioned into the community housing sector to apply her design and development expertise to projects with meaningful social impact. As Development Manager at Link Wentworth, Jennifer is passionate about delivering sustainable quality housing and is excited to be involved in city-shaping projects such as the Waterloo Renewal Project, as well as advancing a pipeline of HAFF-funded social and affordable housing to provide homes over the next five years. As a mother of two young boys, Jennifer is driven to show her children the value of helping others and to contribute to lasting, positive change in the community.
