John Hammerschlag

Biography: John W. Hammerschlag has over 4 decades of experience in the parking industry as an acquirer of parking properties, expert witness, investor, developer, advisor, asset manager, and operator. In recent years he has orchestrated and sponsored the acquisition of several prominent parking facilities in which he serves as asset manager employing third party parking operators and has been responsible for converting numerous parking facilities into totally automated, cashierless operations for his advisory clients and his own account. In 1995 Mr. Hammerschlag launched Hammerschlag & Co., Inc. after 18 years of "hands-on" operating and development experience for two major parking operators, one privately held and one public.
