JOHN J. HEALY Jr. Co-Founder and Principal-Hyde Street Holdings, LLC (“HSH”), founded in 1996, an advisor/princial specializing in “monetizing embedded value” through engagement with people, assets and companies. Activities have included acquisition, development, repositioning debt and equity and the startup of companies at the intersection of real estate and technology. Prior to HSH, Mr. Healy was Co-Founder and CEO of the Hanford/Healy Companies (1988-1996) a valuation, consulting, asset management and investment management firm.? General Motor’s subsidiary GMAC Commercial Mortgage purchased the Hanford/Healy Companies in September of 1996. Mr. Healy has also held various management positions with real estate and financial firms. Public and Private Board Memberships: Bay Apartment Communities (REIT) NYSE 1996- 1998 (merged with Avalon Communities 1998), AvalonBay Communities (REIT) NYSE (AVB) 1998-2016, Prologis Targeted U.S. Logistics Fund (Independent Council) 2004-2013 (Subsidiary of NYSE company Prologis), Libritas 2000-2002 (software integrator), Sold 12-03 to Next Web, Inc. and GroundFloor (FinTech) -2015-Present – Board Observer Non-Profit Board participation: Triangle Chapter National Association of Corporate Directors 2013 – 2018, Past Chair and Director 2006-2009 (Member of NACD since 1997). Trustee of Urban Land Institute 2009-Present; Govenor - Sustainer, - Level, Board of ULI Foundation 2011-14, 2016-Present and Chair of the Audit Committee 2013-2016.
