Katie Harris

Biography: I am a creative, strategic, and driven leader with a passion for making things better today than they were yesterday. I have worked in the building industry for over 15 years, where I have provided leadership in areas such as marketing, branding, business development, internal communications, recruitment and retention strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business planning. I founded Cultivate Growth Partners with a mission to empower firms in the building industry to achieve their goals for growth and change. Cultivate's key areas of focus are Strategic Marketing, Communications, and Merger/Acquisition Integration. I have an undergraduate degree in communications from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Concordia University. I currently serve as Director of Communications for ULI Arizona and am an active member of the Management and WLI Committees.
