Non profit CEO in Madison,WI -developers/owners of 429 units of affordable workforce housing including the 44-unit (James A) Graaskamp Apartments and Lillian (Graaskamp) Apts at 1946 e Washington. 25+ years of experience in Finance & Investments - 8 years as the Wisconsin Dept of Financial Institutions Cabinet Secretary (Banking, Securities, Corporate Registrations), Entrepreneur, Angel Investor, and currently the President & CEO of MDC, a non-profit est. in 1977 to provide loans to business ventures and workforce housing developers in Dane county. Recently launched the Dane Workforce Housing Fund, LLC -a fund that fills fills financing gaps.. with the region's largest employers (UW Health, Exact Sciences, Banks, MGE, Credit Unions) and we financed 747 units of new workforce housing in DWHF I and now are actively investing through DWHF II.
