Maxwell Hall

Biography: Max is a Senior Associate at Rosen Consulting Group in Berkeley, California. While at Rosen Consulting Group, he has analyzed market operating conditions across 75+ markets including San Francisco, New York, Washington D.C. and Phoenix, co-authored reports regarding various topics impacting the real-estate industry, and worked with clients to produce reports and inform investment decisions. He holds a Bachelors Degree of Science in Society and Environment with a focus on United States Environmental Policy and Management, as well as minor in Urban and Regional Planning, from The University of California, Berkeley. While at Cal, he competed on the Men’s Rowing team and was part of the 2016 National Championship team. He is an active member of the Cal alumni community, as well as a member of the Urban Land Institute. Max’s interests include market research, real estate development, and urban development.
