Biography:

Patricia Hauserman is the Senior Director of Construction & Development for Atlas Capital Group based in New York, but active in New York and Los Angeles. Atlas Capital Group is a vertically integrated real estate firm developing commercial, mixed use, multi-family, studio and retail projects on both coasts. Prior to joining Atlas, Ms. Hauserman was a Senior Vice President and the Building Repositioning Sector Lead for AECOMTishman. She has 40 years of experience in the construction industry, and has worked on projects in many sectors. Prior to joining Atlas, she was primarily focused on commercial high rise and building repositioning. She previously served on the ULI New York Advisory Council, is a member of the UDMUC Silver Product Council, and is a former Board member of WX (New York Women Real Estate Executives).
