Patricia Healy
Biography: Co-Founder and Principal-Hyde Street Holdings, LLC, (est. 1996). HSH operates as an investment and advisory company specializing in real estate; technology and the nexus of the two. Prior to HSH, Ms. Healy was Co-Founder and CEO of Hanford/Healy Companies (1988-1996), sold to GMAC Commercial Mortgage. Board membership include Independent Director for RREEF America III (2011-2016) and M&F Bank Holding Company. Other boards include The Green Chair Project (chair); Catholic Charities of Raleigh (Nominating and Governance Chair); North Carolina Symphony (Assistant Treasurer/Audit Chair); the Contemporary Art Museum Foundation; ArtSpace and CoRe Museum. Membership in professional associations include: Lambda Alpha; the American Society of Real Estate Councilors (CRE) and Urban Land Institute (ULI), in which she serves as a Trustee and is a Governor. Within ULI, Trish has chaired two different product councils, the Annual Fund, sat on ULI’s Global Executive Committee, served as ULI Chair of the Americas and sits on the ULI Global Board of Directors. She has undergraduate (BA) from Tulane University and graduate degrees from Southern Methodist University (MBA) and The American Graduate School of International Management (MIM).
