Robin Hunden
Biography: Robin Hunden is the CEO and founder of Hunden Partners, the leading global advisor in destination real estate development. The firm offers market, financial feasibility, and economic impact analyses; a full range of tourism planning and strategy action plans; and development advisory services for specialty destination assets such as sports facilities, mixed-use and entertainment districts, convention and expo centers, hotels, entertainment venues, recreation facilities, and other catalytic development projects. Under Rob’s leadership, Hunden Partners has conducted more than 1,000 studies and has had a hand in the development of over $20 billion in projects around the world. Based in Chicago, the firm, founded in 2006, has over 30 employees. With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Rob is a trusted advisor for transformative real estate projects. His career and passion for authentic placemaking and commitment to share realistic expectations for projects began at the Indianapolis Bond Bank serving Mayor Stephen Goldsmith’s efforts to redefine downtown Indianapolis. Across the U.S., Hunden has had a key role in Navy Pier and the Riverwalk expansions in Chicago, Kansas City’s Power & Light District, the Fort Worth Stockyards redevelopment, dozens of distillery experiences in Kentucky, the new Dallas Convention Center, and a number of major league arenas and ballparks.
