Biography:
Thomas F. Harrison Mr. Harrison, as President and CEO of Harvest Capital Partners, LLC, has demonstrated over the past 37 years a strong record of executive leadership and accomplishments delivering impressive investment returns in all types of commercial real estate. He has consistently demonstrated success in opportunistic real estate private equity investing, business planning, investment analysis, underwriting and origination, asset and portfolio management, and business development. He has managed the development, structuring, sourcing, underwriting and closing of over $5.0 billion in commercial real estate transactions since 1981. Mr. Harrison has also sourced and managed real estate development joint venture equity investments and provided critical development skills in land planning, product design and marketing. Currently active in sourcing, structuring and providing capital for value add and development transactions and responsible for management oversight of the Firm’s worldwide real estate value-added and development portfolio. Previously, Mr. Harrison provided leadership as a Managing Director at Colony Capital for over 26 years in development joint ventures, value-added investments, portfolio acquisitions, asset management and resolutions, such as over 20,000 performing and non-performing loans from the FDIC, RTC and other institutional sellers. Prior to joining Colony in 1992, Mr. Harrison was Executive Vice President of WSGP Partners, where he was responsible for real estate acquisitions from the RTC and other financial institutions. Previous to WSGP, Mr. Harrison held senior positions with three prominent national development companies where he was responsible for the development of over $1.5 billion of real estate projects and the acquisition of over $250 million of income-producing properties and residential land.
