Wei Huang

Biography:
As the founder of NOVUS, Wei brought on over 15 years real estate experiences in both the US and Asia, and leading the company’s development services in the US. With her multidisciplinary professional backgrounds in real estate investment, development and design, and her experiences on large scale projects in both China and the US, Wei is committed to contribute her cross-border knowledge in international real estate developments. Before founding NOVUS, Wei worked as one of the key executive team members of an international public company, leading its US real estate investment and development activities. Projects include a $500 million urban mixed-use development project in Southern California, and other acquisition and disposition of commercial properties in the US. During the late 2000s, Wei worked for a Washington DC based development company with focus on US public private partnership projects. She was part of the project development team overseeing a 350 acres golf course resort development in Monterey County. Wei started her real estate career in Shanghai with the development of the 55 stories mixed-use tower Maxdo Center in Shanghai China. Wei holds her Master in Design Studies – Real Estate and Urban Development degree from Harvard University, Master in Landscape Architecture from University of Southern California, and Bachelor in Landscape Architecture from Tongji University in Shanghai China.
