Andy Isakson

Biography: Andy Isakson’s development career spans 40 years. After developing over 2 million SF of retail space, Isakson Living, under Andy’s leadership, transitioned into senior housing to develop another 2 million SF. Isakson Living is an operator and developer focusing on quality over size. Innovation and continuous improvement are part of the culture. Isakson Living does not like to put a label on its communities but they are typically campus style communities with a large focus on lifestyle and a full continuum of care. Isakson Living’s newest community which opened in 2020, Peachtree Hill Place, is a high end infill condo project with a club component on par with local country clubs. Isakson Living integrated its own primary care practice into the club’s wellness program. The campus also offers a full continuum of care on a rental basis. Innovation in long term care is a particular interest.
