Biography:
Sam Isaacson is a Managing Director at JCR Capital serving as the head of its Structured Finance Platform, which is investing out of a $310MM value-add fund and a $330MM opportunistic fund. Prior to joining JCR Capital, Mr. Isaacson was a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at LEM Capital, an institutional value-add multifamily investor in Philadelphia. In this role, he was responsible for the underwriting and due diligence of potential investments. Prior to joining LEM, Mr. Isaacson was an Associate at Wells Fargo Securities in their Investment Banking – Financial Institutions Group where he focused on capital markets and M&A transactions involving REITS and specialty finance companies. Mr. Isaacson received a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota and a Juris Doctor from the William Mitchell College of Law.
