Updated - 2/21/03 Christopher Jenkins Our company is Nor'wood Development Group. We are based in Colorado Springs and employ 35. Our firm has been involved with ULI for over 20 years. Four other principals of the firm are ULI members. I have been a member for nearly 8 years and am currently on the SSDC-Silver flight. We know ULI to be the most valuable trade organization available. The bi-annual meetings consistently offer measurable take home value with particular benefit arising from the Council meetings. Furthermore, the contacts and relationships developed through our involvement have paid great dividends. In Colorado Springs, we own and manage a portfolio of commercial properties comprised of 1.75 million square feet and are developing two master planned communities of 3000 and 2000 acres. The 3000 acre Nor'wood master planned community started in 1978 when the companies founders acquired the land. We should finish this development in the next couple of years. The 2000 acre Wolf Ranch master planned community is slated to pick up when the Nor'wood development concludes. We are also developing over 1 million square feet of suburban retail. This project includes traditional power center tenants and a town center component. As with each of us at Nor'wood, I wear a few hats. I manage the asset management division as well as the ongoing financing requirements for the developments and properties. I am also principal in charge of several developments in downtown Colorado Springs. One of significance is a 100 acre Urban Renewal site. Our firm, along with our joint venture partner Elite Properties, have been selected as the master developer for the Southwest Downtown Urban Renewal Area. This development has plans for a Convention Center/Hotel, minor league baseball stadium and at build out, approximately 4 Million square feet of commercial and residential space.
