David Joy

Biography: David is Chief Executive of LCR. He leads a dedicated team of 44 professionals delivering high quality regeneration schemes and managing a significant property estate. He was a director of the King's Cross Partnership until LCR successfully sold its interest in the scheme. He is a director of the joint venture with Lend Lease developing International Quarter, London, a 4m sq.ft. commercial development in Stratford. He is also a director of the Mayfield Partnership joint venture with U&I, Manchester City Council, and Transport for Greater Manchester, delivering the Mayfield development next to Piccadilly station in Manchester. David has specific expertise in the management, disposal and development of assets associated with major infrastructure projects often in joint venture with the public and private sector. Currently working in partnership with HS2 Ltd and local partners to deliver regeneration around the new high speed railway stations in the UK. Recently participated on a ULI panel in Singapore.
