Jennifer Jaikissoon

Biography: Jennifer Jaikissoon is the Director of Business Development for SavCon. Savcon is a full service general contractor based in Florida, New York and New Jersey. SavCon is the construction arm for Savanna, a Real Estate Investment Manager. Savanna began in 1992 and is a well established commercial real estate owner, operator, and developer with expertise in the office, retail, residential, and industrial sectors. Jennifer holds a BA in management and marketing from Florida Atlantic University and has been in the development and construction industry for over a decade. She assists clients and developers with providing building solutions with an owner’s perspective. Jennifer understands the full cycle from development to construction as she has been in the industry for over 11 years. She previously worked for Brightview, is the largest commercial landscape subcontractor in the nation. Jennifer has worked with clients to build projects all over South Florida, from Jupiter to the Keys. Jennifer and her team work with design build projects and help their clients throughout construction. She works closely with clients in all phases of their projects to provide solutions that are innovative. As a leader in the industry, SavCon provides specialized industry knowledge to take a client’s vision in the beginning planning phases and bring through during construction into completion. Jennifer interacts with the community and helps with city beautification projects, master planning communities, and private development. Jennifer’s key to success is building solid relationships with clients through communication and understanding their needs and providing solutions to become long-term, reliable partners.
