Lauren Jezienicki

Biography: Lauren Jezienicki is the founder and CEO of One Circle Co., a multifamily development company and lifestyle brand headquartered in Boston. Prior to founding One Circle, Lauren served as a Vice President of development at Bozzuto Development Company in the Boston regional office and was responsible for identifying development opportunities and overseeing a 2M square foot New England pipeline. Prior to joining Bozzuto, Lauren worked at The JBG Companies (now JBG Smith) in Chevy Chase, MD where she served as a Vice President of Development responsible for the underwriting, design, entitlement, construction and delivery of nearly 1M square feet of urban multifamily projects. Lauren graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and from Columbia University with a Master of Business Administration with honors. She is an active member of ULI and NAIOP Massachusetts and serves on the Design Museum Foundation Advisory Board.
