Nina Janopaul has been the CEO of APAH since 2007, building the organization from 3 staff to over 25, and from $60MM in assets to over $400MM. APAH is an award winning developer with 1,800 affordable multifamily rental units and another 800 in development. Before joining APAH, Ms. Janopaul was a principal with Capital Strategies Consulting and led development for Hostelling International.
