Steven Jenkins
Biography: September 2005 Mr. Jenkins has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of real estate ownership, leasing, financing and development of various real estate products including land, office, retail, hotel, industrial and multi-family. His expertise includes all aspects of the development process, including acquisition and sales, municipal and land use regulatory matters, leases, partnerships, joint ventures, financing, REITS, construction and property management. Mr. Jenkins also has extensive experience in representing major companies in large corporate facilities transactions. Mr. Jenkins has completed transactions including: Acquisition and/or disposition of hundreds of real estate assets throughout the United States; Negotiation of complex leases, ownership arrangements and financing arrangements, as well as dealing with a multiplicity of municipal related considerations, including economic development incentives and zoning considerations for numerous projects; Negotiation of all aspects of numerous large corporate facilities transactions for major corporate users, including new headquarters facility for Tenet Healthcare Corporation in Dallas, Texas, new headquarters facility for Fina, Inc. in Plano, Texas, new world headquarters facility for Mary Kay, Inc. in Addison, Texas, and world headquarters facility for Occidental Chemical Corporation in Farmers Branch, Texas; Negotiation of all aspects of large corporate facilities transactions for the owner or developer of corporate facilities, including the development by Archon Group, L.P. of new national headquarters for NEC America, Inc.
