Tim Jowett

Biography: As Head of Asia Research, Tim leads the continued development of Hines’ research framework that supports business and investment opportunities across Asia and for its Asia-focused strategies. Based in Hong Kong, he brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate research and investment industry, of which almost 15 have been with a focus on Asian property markets. He earned B.A. and M.A. degrees from King’s College London and holds a Postgraduate Diploma with Distinction in Financial Strategy from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School.
