Donald Kuemmeler
Biography: Dec. 2008 Donald H. Kuemmeler is one of PCCP's founding partners. PCCP has invested over $6 billion in debt and equity transactions in the western United States over the past 10 years. In the process becoming one of the leading real estate finance firms in the region. Prior to forming PCCP, Mr. Kuemmeler spent 13 years at Wells Fargo Bank as Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group. Mr. Kuemmeler was responsible for originating more than $1 billion in commitments representing mezzanine loans and equity participation opportunities. Prior to joining the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group, Mr. Kuemmeler was a principal in Wells Fargo's real estate workout group, where he restructured over $1 billion in problem loans secured by assets throughout the country. In 1986, Mr. Kuemmeler received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California (Berkeley). Mr. Kuemmeler received a Masters of Business Administration from Berkeley's Haas Business School in 1991.
