Biography:
Drew Kile is an Executive Managing Director at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a multifamily brokerage division of Marcus & Millichap serving the needs of institutional and major private investors. Over the course of his 18 years with the firm, Mr. Kile has facilitated the closing of transactions valued at more than $21 Billion. Mr. Kile and his partners lead the Institutional Property Advisors multifamily team that has responsibility for Texas and the surrounding states with his primary focus being the Dallas/Fort Worth markets. In 2021, the DFW IPA team closed 80 multifamily sales valued at $5.1 Billion. Prior to his role with IPA, Mr. Kile has served in both brokerage and management capacities within Marcus & Millichap. He has been honored with numerous national sales achievement awards as a broker, and as a manager, he opened the firm’s Fort Worth office in 2007. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Kile held an internal finance position at Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, where he was responsible for projects in the firm’s North American Chemicals, Energy and Natural Resource businesses. Mr. Kile holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. He is the chair of the Urban Land Institute’s DFW Multifamly Council, serves on the Founders Council of the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, and is active with the National Multi Housing Council. Mr. Kile, his wife Lynnette, and their two daughters, Eleanor and Lillian, reside in Fort Worth. Member Directory  Arrow
