Evan Kirsh

Biography:

Evan Kirsh joined Starlight Investments in January 2013 as the President of Starlight U.S. Multi-Family. Mr. Kirsh has more than 30 years of real estate experience with the last 25 years of his career dedicated exclusively to the multi-residential housing industry. Mr. Kirsh’s experience includes executive positions with Revera Inc., GWL Realty Advisors and MetCap Living Inc. as well as positions with Brazos Advisors, Citibank Canada and Manulife Real Estate (the global real estate arm of Manulife Financial Corporation). During his tenure with these companies, Mr. Kirsh was involved in the asset management and operation of more than $8 billion of multi-residential real estate assets as well as the acquisition or disposition of approximately 25,000 multi-residential units valued at more than $3.5 billion. Mr. Kirsh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. Member Directory
