Biography:
Heidi Kimball is a Senior Vice President with Sunbelt Holdings, a recognized leader in real estate development, management and investment throughout the Southwest since 1979. Over the course of its 40+-year history, Sunbelt has developed a strong presence in commercial development and asset management, as well as the developer of some of Phoenix Metro’s most beloved residential communities including McDowell Mountain Ranch in Scottsdale, Power Ranch in the East Valley and Vistancia in the Northwest Valley. Recent acquisitions have provided unique opportunities in commercial development in urban centers, including the former Brown and Brown Chevrolet dealership site in downtown Mesa and several mixed-use projects in Phoenix. Kimball joined Sunbelt in 1982 and has worked in a variety of capacities on many of Sunbelt’s iconic projects, including most recently the Marina Heights project at Tempe Town Lake. Kimball is responsible for Sunbelt’s asset management and brokerage activities. Kimball is a past Chair of ULI Arizona as well as its Governance Committee, and serves on its Advisory Board. Kimball also chaired ULI’s Responsible Property Investment Product Council. She also serves as a Trustee of Valley Partnership’s Political Action Committee, as well as a past board member and Chair. Kimball is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, a board member of East Valley Partnership, past Chair of the Mesa Arts Center Foundation Board, and a member of Arizona State University Realty Board of Directors. Originally from Wyoming, Heidi graduated with a BA (Psychology) from the University of Wyoming in 1980 and earned an MBA from Arizona State University in 2001. Member Directory  Arrow
