Biography: Matthew E. Kidd Managing Director CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC [email protected] Professional Background: Matt Kidd is a Managing Director at CrossHarbor Capital Partners and is responsible for originating, analyzing and structuring equity and debt investment opportunities for the firm’s various investment funds. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kidd was employed as Vice President with Rockpoint Land, LLC, the land development affiliate of the Rockpoint Group, LLC, where he participated in analyzing and structuring new acquisitions and assisted in managing the firm’s portfolio. Previously, Mr. Kidd worked in Wachovia Securities’ Real Estate Investment Banking Group, where he executed a broad range of capital raising and financial advisory transactions. Professional Interests and Expertise: Matt has a broad range of expertise and experience investing across various real estate asset classes across the U.S. and in the Caribbean. Matt executes investments across various capital structures including senior loans, structured debt, preferred equity, joint venture equity, and direct equity investments and always maintains continued involvement in asset management and operation of all transactions to insure successful realization. At CrossHarbor, Matt has had primary responsibility for executing and managing the firm’s investments in Big Sky, Montana, among other things, including the acquisition of the Yellowstone Club out of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization in 2009 as well as the acquisitions of Spanish Peaks and Moonlight Basin in 2013. With these projects, Matt oversaw the formation and capitalization of the ownership and development entities that support the projects.
