Maximilian Kufer

Biography: Max is currently the Global Sustainability Manager at AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets. He sits within the global sustainability team and is responsible for the integration and oversight of AXA IM – Real Assets’ responsible investment strategy by supporting fund and asset management teams in meeting ESG objectives. As part of his role he also sits on the European benchmark committee for GRESB, EU sustainability council for the ULI, and property working group for the UNEP FI. Max began working at AXA IM – Real Assets in 2016. Prior to joining he was a financial analyst with Hyatt Hotels. He has 6 years of industry experience.
