Michael Kenner

Biography: I specialize in equitable development practices. I engage communities to help them craft a vision for the growth about to come. Then rezone property and deploy capital to help bring that community vision to light. I specialize in the infill development of Missing Middle housing stock, Multifamily, Industrial adaptive reuse and walkable mixed use, mixed income neighborhoods. At MiKeN we strive to develop at least 10% of every deal as affordable. We work with local leaders to craft Policy to achieve this goal. I am a two time ULI Excellence in Development Award winner.
