Minta Kay

Biography: Minta Kay is a partner in Goodwin’s Real Estate Industry group and has represented institutional investors, tax-exempts, real estate funds and owner/operators in connection with all aspects of their real estate investment transactions. Minta is also the co-chair of Goodwin’s PropTech practice, which is focused on supporting the intersection of Real Estate and Technology through thoughtful collaboration across the two practice areas. She is responsible for driving strategy across the two groups to effectively support clients involved in this converging area. Minta is well-equipped to help her clients navigate their business goals and challenges in the post-COVID world, as PropTech will become an integral part of their success. She is heavily involved in a variety of PropTech industry organizations, and has participated in conferences hosted by CREtech, MIPIM and MIT Center for Real Estate. Her expertise in this subject has led her to be quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Commercial Observer and Business Insider, to name a few. Minta currently serves on the CREtech Leadership Board as well as ULI’s Global Exchange Council. Minta’s keen understanding of the importance of connecting real estate and technology clients, paired with her collaborative nature, allows for even more natural synergy between these two practices.
