Philippe Krivicky is responsible for real estate development and construction at COGIR Real Estate. This includes developing strategic partnership, site selection, underwriting, product design and construction. Prior to joining COGIR Real Estate, Mr. Krivicky worked for 6 years at RONA (TSX: RONA) as Vice President Retail, Emerging Strategies.
