Randy Kelley

Biography: Randy is one of three founding Principals for Harbour Retail Partners. Harbour Retail Partners is a real estate fund focused on the acquisition and development of commercial retail properties, primarily grocery anchored centers. Prior to Harbour Retail Partners, Randy was SVP of Real Estate & Development for The Fresh Market. For the past ten years, Randy oversaw real estate, construction, engineering, design, and facility functions and was one of six members on the executive management team. Prior to TFM, Randy held various roles with First Union National Bank from 1993-2003. Randy received his MBA from UNC Chapel Hill a graduate of The University of Charlotte.
