Biography:

As Senior Principal and Sector Leader for Stantec’s Program and Project Management group, Todd leads both technical and growth opportunities for the group in which healthcare capital projects represent 85% of Stantec’s $7B in active work. With over 25 years of experience in design and construction with a focus on healthcare management solutions, Todd plays an integral role in helping clients achieve predictable project outcomes. Todd has served over 15 major healthcare clients and actively managed more than $5B of completed programs during his 20 years in healthcare project management. He has spearheaded Stantec’s latest growth initiative by successfully opening a Stantec California Program and Project Management Office which has grown the PM group to over 70 dedicated team members. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Widener University, as well as a Master’s in Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Drexel University. Actively engaged in the Philadelphia community, Todd is the Vice President and active Board member for a not-for-profit organization which focuses on enriching learning environments within the Philadelphia Public School System. Todd has three children (Emma, Caitlyn, and Christopher) with his awesome wife Carolyn who is raising those children while having a successful career as a real estate professional in Philadelphia.
