Biography:

Vivian Kwok is the Director, Asset and Client Services, Mortgage Operations at Manulife Financial Corporation, a leading international financial services group providing forward-thinking solutions to help people with their big financial decisions. Vivian is responsible for overseeing the operational activities and practices of Manulife’s commercial mortgage servicing area. Vivian was formerly an Associate at KingSett Capital Inc. where she acted as the subject matter expert on various commercial mortgages activates, including loan administration, funding and compliance. Vivian is actively participating in ULI Toronto Women’s Leadership Initiative, and she is the Chair of ULI Toronto WLI Toronto View from the Top, which is the 2018 WLI Hines Innovation Grant winners. Vivian is a lifetime volunteer currently servicing as mentor within ULI Toronto District Council and Manulife. Vivian is also the recipients of the ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Prologis Scholarship in October 2017 and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) Path to Diversity Scholarship in May 2018.
