I am an optimist. I believe there is good in all of us and we just have to find it. We work with clients in a variety of markets, from Orange County to Oahu to Charleston to Plymouth. My partner, David Lancaster, and I started Strada 25 years ago with a simple idea: be true, have fun and do the unexpected. And today we are 40 people strong. The way we think about community is less about selling a product and more about giving life to a complex organism. The reason we are in this business is to help create extraordinary places, anchored in sound principles of respect, authenticity and sustainability.
