Biography:
Collin H. Lane, MSPH, MHA, is Senior Vice President for Atrium Health. Providing strategic direction and operations oversight, Collin leads the Atrium Enterprise Facilities Management Group. The division maintains facilities for the Primary Enterprise totaling >30M square feet across Atrium’s Enterprise in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia with over 4,000 supporting teammates. Services within FMG include Real Estate Services, Planning, Design and Construction, Plant Operations and Maintenance, Food and Nutrition Services, Security, and Environmental Services. Collin joined Atrium Health (formerly Carolinas HealthCare System) in 2004 and is committed to improving quality and the patient experience in Atrium’s facilities through sound design, project execution and teamwork. His recent FMG accomplishments include: Delivering 1mm sqft of incremental construction projects in 2021 (Acute Care Facilities and Medical Office) in the Greater Charlotte Market; Responsible for the land assemblage, design and construction of the Wake Forest School of Medicine Charlotte Campus and Innovation District; Implementing new prefabrication approaches in the delivery of Acute Care Facilities Construction; Lead executive on the partnering with Sodexo Magic, transitioning $28M in 2021 spend to a Minority Owned Business, allowing for enhanced recruiting and talent development in Atrium’s Food and Nutrition space. Collin holds three degrees: a B.S. Biology from Sewanee, Master of Science in Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
