Dan Larsen

Biography:

Dan Larsen is a Real Estate Portfolio Manager. He manages URS’s retail investments, performs asset management, and oversees the finance & accounting, research, and risk management functions of the real estate portfolio. Additionally, he was instrumental in URS making a private real estate investment for its defined contribution plan. During his time at URS, he was a recipient of the John W. Koza Leadership Fellowship in 2012 from the Pension Real Estate Association, and became a Counselor of Real Estate in 2017. Prior to Utah Retirement Systems, Larsen worked as an Analytics Analyst and a Director of Property Management. Larsen received a BS in business administration with a concentration in finance from Westminster College and an MBA from the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business. Member Directory
