Danielle Lombardo

Biography: Danielle Chayot is Vice President in Lockton's Real Estate Practice based in New York City. Danielle’s expertise is in developing and servicing clients who specialize in real estate development, acquisition, management and ownership. She is responsible for coordinating the delivery of all Lockton's resources to her clients, developing marketplace strategies, and utilizing analytics to help companies make informed decisions on how to best structure risk management programs. Since 2008, Danielle has been focused on the unique needs of the multifamily real estate sector, building master insurance programs that streamline coverage to produce significant savings for organizations. Danielle’s involvement with real estate-specific business and philanthropic groups has helped her build a powerful network of investors, developers, brokers, attorneys, accountants and finance professionals. Her skill set allows her to foster relationships amongst all of her industry resources to facilitate business connections for her clients. Danielle has been a frequent speaker on a variety of insurance topics ranging from insurance solutions for distressed real estate presented to major law firms, banks and special servicers across the country, to environmental insurance solutions presented to real estate and finance professionals throughout Los Angeles.
