Geri Lopez

Biography:
Geri is a Manager at Ernst & Young LLP in the Economic Development Advisory Services practice. She has over two decades of experience leading economic development, community development, and redevelopment efforts including years of work for city and county government. In these roles, Geri led departments in administering multiple economic development and community development programs with federal, state and local funding and created numerous strategic plans and initiatives for areas experiencing rapid growth and redevelopment challenges. She works for an array of public and private sector clients including economic development organizations, and state and local governments helping them create strategies to achieve more inclusive and prosperous economies. Geri is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) and member of the International Economic Development Council (IEDC). She is active with the Tampa Bay ULI chapter. Member Directory  Arrow
