Biography:
Ms. Liebman has worked as a planner in private land development specializing in zoning and residential master plan design as well as in the public sector leading planning and development departments. Her unique background provides clients and communities with an excellent perspective of property potential and tangible expectations. Prior to joining the City of Corinth, Ms. Liebman worked with the cities of Allen and Celina during unprecedented growth and changing trends. She has over 20 years of experience in the DFW area in working with multidisciplinary consulting firms and has led her own design consulting business. Ms. Liebman has been a key player in guiding city growth by gaining consensus among long-time landowners and developers. She is adept at facilitating complex development agreements, special financing districts, and other growth tools. The City of Corinth is currently exploring a transit-oriented development district opportunity and tax increment reinvestment zone and she is looking forward to assisting the community and consultants in identifying the ideal development plan.
