Biography:
Jane Lloyd Director, Third Shift Enterprises Jane has a career in real estate spanning over 30 years. Since November 2015, Jane has been consulting through her company Third Shift Enterprises. Jane’s clients are all Australian based and include Mirvac, Bridge Housing, The Sydney Grammar School and the Anglican Church Property Trust. Together with her consulting business, Jane is a non-executive director of Cromwell Funds Management, SHAPE Australia and ISPT. SHAPE listed on the ASX in December 2021 and Jane is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and chairs the Nomination People and Culture Committee. As a non-executive director of ISPT, Jane chairs the People and Culture Committee and is a member of the Nominations and Conflicts Committees. Jane volunteers at Habilis Housing and, for her sins, has become the de-facto development manager in charge of building a pilot project in Sydney provides co-located housing and clinical services for people living with schizophrenia. The project will open later this year (2023). Between November 2014 and June 2015 Jane led the Development and Design team for Stockland’s Commercial Property Division where she was responsible for Stockland’s $1.5 billion retail development pipeline. Prior to Stockland, Jane spent eleven years with DEXUS Property Group. As Managing Director of US Investments based in Southern California, Jane led the establishment of DEXUS’s presence in the US by assembling the team and restructuring the portfolio. Jane joined DEXUS in 2001 and held a variety of development and asset management roles including Head of Retail for DEXUS’s $3.5 billion retail portfolio. In 2012, Jane took a career break to travel in US, Africa, and Asia in addition to working on the 2012 US election campaign. Jane began her career at Lend Lease (1990 – 2001) and held a variety of roles in development.
