Jonathan Lipsky

Biography:

Jonathan Lipsky is an Executive Director with Serta Capital, a privately held investment firm based in Mexico. Jonathan is the head of Serta’s US real estate platform, which consists of properties in New York, Georgia, Nashville and California. Before joining Serta, Jonathan spent over a decade developing and managing shopping centers in Mexico, first at Clarion Partners, where he helped launch its Mexico investment fund, and then as a Senior Director with Kimco Realty’s Latin America group. At Kimco, Jonathan directed new business development and was later a portfolio manager responsible for local partner joint ventures including the Kimco/GE Mexico JV. Jonathan holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Baruch College in New York City and a Master of Social Work and Public Policy from New York University.
