Joyce Lo

Biography: Joyce Lo is a Director in the Private Capital Advisory Group at Lazard Asia and their Real Estate Specialist in the region. Her experience in Real Estate Private Equity spans across various roles including capital raising, investor relations, product development in addition to direct real estate investments and asset management. Prior to joining Lazard, Joyce worked at LimeTree Capital, a Hong Kong based RE investment manager targeting under-researched asset classes where she was their Head of Business Development covering global clients. She also worked at other investment managers such as PGIM Real Estate and Palmer Capital, developing and maintaining relationships with investors across Asia Pacific. Joyce began her career at Lehman Brothers in Equity Capital Markets based in Hong Kong and progressed to be a VP and an investment professional of Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners (LBREP) in Asia. Joyce is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
