Keith Largay

Biography: Keith Largay serves as a Senior Managing Director for JLL Capital Markets in Chicago and previously spent five years as Head/Co-Head of the Chicago Office. Focusing within the finance practice, Keith represents real estate owners in the financing (both debt and equity) of their investment properties. He has been directly involved in the placement of over $15.0 billion in real estate financing. His financing experience includes all major property types including office, multi-family, retail, industrial, hospitality, and condominiums. His product knowledge is similarly widespread having completed transactions including first mortgages, bridge loans, mezzanine debt, and structuring joint ventures. Mr. Largay received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Finance and Strategic Management. Mr. Largay is an active member in Urban Land Institute and the serves on the local Advisory Board and Management Committee, having recently served as Chair of ULI Chicago. He is also a licensed private pilot. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Largay served as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield and as Vice President at NorthMarq Capital. Prior to his time at NorthMarq he was an analyst with Mercer Management Consulting, a national strategy consulting firm.
