Lina Lee

Biography:

Lina is a creative thinker and seasoned project executive, driven by a deep passion for urban development and design-driven ventures. Lina joined CIM Group in 2015 and is currently 1st Vice President of Development. She oversees both ground up and repositioned assets for the company, with responsibilities extending over land-use diligence and entitlements, design development, construction management, tenancy, marketing and branding. Prior to real estate development, her career began in investment banking and strategic planning for the consumer private equity sector, with exposure to fashion, retail and hospitality investments. An active member of ULI, Lina sits on the Advisory Board for Los Angeles and co-chairs its Programs Committee. She also serves on the Board of the Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust.
