Lunt President Lunt Advisors, LLC After over 25 years with Ernst & Young, most recently as Area Leader for Hospitality Advisory for the Southeast US, Caribbean and Latin America, Mark Lunt has formed Lunt Advisors, LLC – a professional services firm focused on recreational real estate. He is a recognized leader and trusted advisor with 30 years of extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate industry (including hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, resort-residential communities and tourism-related attractions) assisting owners, developers, law firms, governments and investors in conducting due diligence, restructuring, transformational strategy, litigation support, development advisory and analytics to support financial decision-making. His experience includes complex commercial and financial diligence involving hospitality & real estate assets, single asset and portfolio hotel acquisitions, investments, and strategic transformation. He is skilled at analyzing market, operational and financial risks related to acquisitions, distressed assets/receivership, development deals and refining strategy to maximize opportunity, throughout the real estate cycle.
