Biography:

Michael Levy Chief Executive Officer Crow Holdings Michael is the CEO of Crow Holdings, a privately owned real estate investment and development firm with nearly 70 years of continuous operating history. Crow Holdings invests and manages capital for leading global institutional and individual investors in value-add real estate strategies, develops multifamily and industrial properties in major markets throughout the country and manages a diversified global multi-asset investment portfolio. Michael joined Crow’s senior leadership team in 2016 from Morgan Stanley where he served as COO for the Investment Management Division and was a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He previously held various positions there including Head of Traditional Asset Management, COO and CFO for Real Estate Investing and co-head for Real Estate Investment Banking. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1998 from Salomon Brothers and began his professional career at Prudential Securities. Michael is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable and a ULI Foundation Governor. He earned his B.S. at NYU’s Stern School of Business and his J.D. from Brooklyn law school. Member Directory
