Pauline Lierman

Biography:

Pauline Lierman is the Vice President Market Research (ON/QC) at Zonda Urban. Pauline is a ‘hands-on’ analyst that works closely with industry partners, logging a lot of time on-site. Over the past 20 years, she has tracked and researched over 1,000 new residential developments in the Greater Toronto Area. Pauline has extensive experience in market feasibility analysis and site evaluations. Prior to joining Zonda Urban, Pauline held positions at Urbanation, N. Barry Lyon Consultants Ltd. and RealNet Canada Inc. . Pauline holds a Degree in Urban Geography from McMaster University and has pursued graduate level studies at York University with an interest in new urbanism communities. Pauline has also actively worked with industry leaders as Chair of the Highrise Committee for BILD and various committees with the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Member Directory
