Pierce Lancaster

Biography: Pierce Lancaster Third & Urban As Co-Founder and Managing Partner for Third & Urban, Pierce leads acquisitions and asset management efforts for the firm, and oversees investor relations with the company’s partners. Additionally, he works directly with third party leasing and property management teams at the operational level. Previously, Pierce served as Vice President at Jamestown, covering multiple East Coast markets and managing a range of value add and opportunistic projects across various product types. His experience includes sourcing and underwriting new investments, asset management, financing and dispositions. He specializes in street retail assets, loft office environments and complex mixed-use projects. He began his career in the Institutional Investment Sales Group at CB Richard Ellis. Pierce earned an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a BA in Economics with a concentration in finance from the University of Virginia. He is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute, Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Atlanta Alumni Board for Woodberry Forest School. Pierce lives in the Garden Hills neighborhood of Atlanta with his wife Emily, son Locke, and chocolate lab June.
