Biography: PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHY FOR RENEE J. LEWIS Renee J. Lewis owns and manages a real estate marketing firm, L&P Marketing. Lewis is a seasoned marketer with 25 years of experience across all real estate sectors including MPC, urban mixed use, multi-family, active adult, resort, retail and REIT. The L&P team provides a broad range of marketing services including: · Product analysis/ positioning/ segmentation · Amenity analysis · Branding · Digital strategy & media · Public Relations Planning · Experience/ relationship marketing · Market research Recent clients include Toll Brothers, Johnson Development Communities, Perry Homes, Brookfield Residential. Prior to starting her own business, Lewis served as the Vice President of Corporate Marketing for Sunrise Colony Company where she was responsible for designing and managing the various marketing departments and initiatives for Sunrise in Texas, Nevada and California. She was also a member of the company's forward planning team for new development. Lewis was Vice President of Account Services at Goswick Advertising where she established award-winning marketing programs for some of the leading real estate companies in the country - American General's Real Estate Division, Freeport McMoRan's Real Estate Division, Newland Communities and The Resolution Trust Corporation (Gulf Coast Consolidated Region). She is honored to have worked on some of the top selling master planned communities in Houston, including: The Woodlands, Cinco Ranch, Greatwood, Sienna Plantation and Pecan Grove. In her experience, Lewis has represented both the financial and managing partner either as an employee or as an outside consultant. Lewis has received over 100 national and regional awards for marketing excellence. She has also served as a speaker at NAHB and ULI conferences.
